Winter Veil 2015
If you haven't done so already, check out all of the updates to Winter Veil!
- Completing the new daily quests in your garrison will reward 5 x Merry Supplies every day.
- The Snow Mound around the daily quest area have a 5% chance to contain Grumpling.
- Izzy Hollyfizzle will sell you different things for your Merry Supplies:
- There are 5 different decorations again this holiday, with Little Helpers arguably being the most useful, as you get the Winter Wondervolt machine in your garrison.
- You can have multiple decorations up for a holiday at a time and they even work after the holiday is over, so be sure to collect them all!
- Crashin' Thrashin' Killdozer Controller is a new toy, it also costs 5 x Merry Supplies.
- Savage Gift can contain 300 x Garrison Resources, 300 x Oil, 1000 x Apexis Crystal, Elixir of the Rapid Mind, Medallion of the Legion, Frozen Arms of a Hero, or Minion of Grumpus.
- You're a Mean One... rewards Smokywood Pastures Special Gift, which has a small chance to contain Winter's Grasp or Flames of Ragnaros.
- Iron Armada is new this year, requiring you to collect this year's gift, Crashin' Thrashin' Killdozer Controller from the vendor, and other Crashin' Thrashin' Controllers from Tanaan Jungle rare spawns.
- Smokywood Pastures Gift Pack has a 20% chance to contain Fizzy Apple Cider.
- Miniature Winter Veil Tree is now item level 670.

One of the nice features in Legion is the significantly increased maximum view distance. In the comparison that we included, you can see that the view distance is increased, but objects no longer load as far away. This may not be intended, as the Environment Detail setting appears to have no effect on object loading distance right now.

Due to a bug in Alpha, Frost is missing baseline Runic Empowerment and Unholy is missing baseline Runic Corruption. (WarcraftDevs)
PvP
Very interesting, although I'm more concerned about tanks being too, uh, tanky in PvP.
We share that concern. Fortunately, we can adjust their health for PvP only. (holinka)

With the changes to Honor and Conquest in Legion how will we get old PvP gear for transmog? Gold?

Would sure be nice if PVP box quality also increased with prestige. I only PVP casually and would still like epics
