Heart of the Aspects
Just like its pet counterpart, the drop location of the Heart of the Aspects is unknown, but it looks pretty awesome. It is most likely linked to the Chromatic Champion achievement in higher difficulties of the Madness of Deathwing encounter.
Raid Mounts - Reins of the Blazing Drake / Life-Binder's Handmaiden
Life-Binder's Handmaiden drops from Madness of Deathwing (last encounter of the Dragon Soul raid) in Heroic Mode. People defeating Madness of Deathwing in normal mode will be rewarded with Reins of the Blazing Drake.
Darkmoon Faire Mounts - Dancing Bear and Swift Forest Strider
Two mounts are available at the Darkmoon Faire for 180 x Darkmoon Prize Ticket, the Darkmoon Dancing Bear and the Swift Forest Strider.
Tyrael's Charger - Diablo 3 / World of Warcraft Annual Pass
The Tyrael's Charger will be awarded to players who subscribed to World of Warcraft annual pass.

Unknown Drop Locations
A lot of mounts do not have drop locations yet.
- The Spectral Gryphon and Spectral Wind Rider are speculated to be Blizzard Store mounts but nothing really points toward that direction in the game files.
- The Swift Lovebird could be a reward from the Love is in the Air world event, but nothing confirmed.
- The Reins of the Twilight Harbinger could be raid related, but so far there's no mount rewards for the Dragon Soul raid meta achievement.
- There's no real clue about Experiment 12-B and Swift Springstrider. Experiment 12-B doesn't even seem to be in the game files yet.
