Nothing fancy, I prefer having a minimalistic approach to my UI. As a tank, and given the fact that Attention is a finite resource, I try to spend most of it on situational awareness and less on baby-sitting my interface. My most important stuff's at the top. There's also a lot from this screenshot you can't see, such as Death Note, Class Timers, etc.
